This policy covers nutrika.plus, the website you are reading. It explains what personal information we collect here, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Buying on Amazon is a separate matter, covered in section 6.
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you put in your message. That is the only information this site asks you for.
Like any website, ours is served over the internet, so our host records technical information such as your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you requested. This is standard server logging, used to keep the site running and secure.
Our typeface is served by Google Fonts, so loading a page sends a request to Google's servers, which can see your IP address. Google's own privacy policy governs that request.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We process what you send us in order to respond to you, which is what you asked for by writing. We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.
Only the suppliers we need to run the business: our website host and our email provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell from this website, and we never see your payment details. When you buy on Amazon, Amazon collects and handles your information under its own privacy notice, and the shipping address and payment method you give Amazon stay with Amazon. If you contact us about an order, we may ask you for the order number so we can help.
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store technical data needed to display the page. You can clear or block that in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful to the matter you raised, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it, or object to a particular use.
Write to hello@nutrika.plus and we will answer within the period the law allows us. We may need to confirm who you are first.
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Our suppliers may store or process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on contractual protections that require a comparable standard of care.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information by email.
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
