The rules for using this website, and what applies when you buy Nutrika+ on Amazon.
This website is published by Nutrika+ ("Nutrika+", "we", "us"). It presents our canine supplements and lets you contact us. We do not sell anything directly from this website.
By browsing this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. Use the site for your own information only, and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else's use of it.
The text, photography, illustrations, label artwork, and the Nutrika+ name and wordmark on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read and share links to our pages. Everything else needs our written permission first.
Our products are sold on Amazon. When you place an order, your contract is with the Amazon seller, not with us. Pricing, payment, shipping, delivery estimates, cancellations, and returns are governed by Amazon's own terms and by the policies of the seller you buy from. Prices and availability shown on Amazon may differ from anything described here.
If something is wrong with a product you received, Amazon's returns process is the fastest route. Write to us as well at hello@nutrika.plus with the lot number from the jar, and we will look into it.
We only supply authorized sellers. A jar bought outside that chain may have been stored badly, may be past its date, or may not be ours at all, and we cannot stand behind it. If you are unsure whether a listing is authorized, ask us before you buy.
We work to keep ingredient amounts, net contents, and directions accurate and aligned with the printed label. If the site and the label ever disagree, the label on the jar in your hand is the one to follow. We may correct errors and update product information at any time.
Nutrika+ products are nutritional supplements for dogs. They are not drugs, and nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Nothing here replaces advice from your veterinarian, who knows your dog. Talk to them before starting any supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or being treated for a health condition. If your dog's condition worsens or does not improve, stop the supplement and contact your veterinarian.
If you email us, send us a photo, or leave a review of our products, you allow us to quote it and show it, with your first name and the first name of your dog, on this site and in our marketing. We may shorten it for length; we will not change what it says. Send us only material that is yours to send. If you would rather we did not use something you sent, tell us and we will take it down.
Where we link to Amazon or to any other site, we do not control what is on it and we are not responsible for it. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.
We publish this site in good faith and keep it up as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or free of interruption. It is provided as it is.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Consumer protection legislation gives you rights that these terms cannot take away. Where a term here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go before the courts of that province, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
Before going to court, please write to us. Most things are faster to fix by email.
If a court sets aside one part of these terms, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
